When we use “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Eternity Life Tourism” in the text of this Policy we mean Eternity Life Clinics UAB, a company registered in Lithuania at Varnalesu 38, Kaunas, Lithuania, registration number 306109244, which is the developer and the owner of the products and services offered on the Eternity Life Tourism’s official website, located at https://elclinics.com/ (the “Website”).

Eternity Life Clinics UAB is the controller of the personal data of Clients, which use Eternity Life Tourism Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”). The controller of the personal data is the person or entity who determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

We have prepared this new Policy, taking into account the latest changes in the legislation regulating the protection of personal data, in particular, taking into account the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Ignorance of this Policy by the Client does not exempt them from the need to comply with them. Use of the website automatically means that the Client consent to this Policy and the need to comply with them.

Also, personal data and medical information about you can be filled in a Google Form by our representative who will communicate with you by phone.
   Personal data and medical information about you may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of providing you with services.
6. You authorize us to contact you for issues related to the provision of services to you. Telephone conversations you have with our representative are recorded. By using this site and providing in any way personal data and medical information about you, you automatically agree to record your telephone conversation with us.
7. You consent to receive marketing communications by email from us and our partners.

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Eternity Life Tourism is based in Lithuania. Your data will be processed on the territory of the European Union. The personal information we collect from you may also be stored in one or more databases hosted by third parties located in Europe.

We store your personal data only when it is necessary for you or Eternity Life Tourism for the purposes indicated in this Policy. If we don’t need certain information about you and don’t need to store information about you in accordance with the requirements of the law, we will delete it or will store it in an anonymized way.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not transfer, sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information, except as described in this Policy.
We collect personal information and health data only for the purpose of providing or facilitating the provision of medical tourism services.
We may transfer or disclose your personal information as follows:

• Service Providers: Your personal information may be disclosed, stored and / or transferred (or otherwise made available) to our affiliates, subsidiaries, third parties who provide services such as website hosting; to third parties – processors, namely, companies, which help Eternity Life Tourism collect, record, store, analyze, structure and process information or perform other actions according to Eternity Life Tourism instructions. In order to provide you with services, we may transfer your personal data to third parties who organize the booking of transfers (for example, airflights, buses, trains, etc.), as well as the booking of Clients’ accommodations (hotels, etc.). Also, in order to provide you with services, we may transfer your personal data to third parties who are providers of medical services. Abovementioned persons adhere to confidentiality rules with regard to your information to the same extent as Eternity Life Tourism according to this Policy.
• Legal and Compliance: Eternity Life Tourism may share your personal information with law enforcement, data protection authorities, government officials, and other authorities if (i) compelled by subpoena, court order, or other legal procedure, (ii) disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, (iii) necessary to report suspected illegal activity, or (iv) disclosure is necessary to investigate violations of Clients’ obligations or potential violations of law.
• Sale of Business: Your personal information may be provided to third parties in the case of carrying out mergers and acquisitions operations, including for the purpose of determining whether to proceed or continue with such transaction or business relationship.
• International Transfer: The data of the Clients from the EU can be transferred to third countries outside the EU and the European Economic Area. If such data is transferred outside the countries of the EU and the European Economic Area to third countries, we will use appropriate measures to ensure that such a transfer is legal. The measures might include the standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission.

In certain cases, i.e. if you withdraw your prior consent or if you object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest and we do not have any interest that prevails over your rights, freedoms and interests, you have the right to ask us to remove the data that we have about you. We may ask you to perform additional verification procedures to make sure that the appropriate Client has contacted it. There are certain cases in which the above described right cannot be exercised. We will inform you if they occur.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

In the event of changes made to this Policy, the modified version will be immediately published on the Website. You should regularly review this Policy. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time and for any reason. The date the Policy was last updated will be indicated at the bottom of this page.
In the event of discrepancies in the text of this Policy in different languages, the text published on this website in English has the highest legal force.
